Candor

The InsightProfiles online assessment system is one of the few available that reports the degree to which a candidate appears to be picking answers that present him/her in an unduly positive fashion to a prospective employer, using a candor index developed specifically for employment-related settings.

This measure of candor tells you the level of "faking positive" that occurred when the candidate answered the questions in the personality portion of the instrument.

Because of the extensive norms we have collected on tens of thousands of actual job applicants, the InsightProfiles candor index is arguably far more useful than similar "lie scales" that were developed using non-applicant samples such as college students, or from individuals taking the test for the purpose of gaining insights into their own personality.
