The core of the InsightProfiles system is our online test that measures 15 key personality factors that are related to important work behaviors.

Extensive research has gone into identifying each of these factors, focusing on the key behaviors that will help you understand what to expect from a candidate after he/she is hired.

The InsightProfiles web-based assessment is designed to allow you the option of testing applicants either remotely or on-site, and then being able to access the results as soon as the candidate completes the assessment.

You can test anyone, anytime, anywhere. The candidate can take the test from anyplace they can access the Internet.

Likewise, you may access and download the administrative feedback reports from anywhere that you have Internet access.

The personality portion of the test contains 180 items, written in a bilingual format that allows the candidate the choice of using either English or Spanish. The test is not timed, but most candidates complete the testing process in about 35 to 45 minutes.
